The Director of Referral Generation & Strategic Growth will develop and oversee referral generation strategies to drive client acquisition, bridging sales, operations, and marketing to create cohesive growth plans.


Responsibilities include building strategic partnerships, conducting market research, and maintaining high client satisfaction. The role involves regular reporting on program performance and strategic initiatives.


The company supports this position with a dedicated budget, cross-departmental cooperation, professional development opportunities, advanced CRM systems, and direct access to the executive team for decision-making and resource allocation.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and oversee effective referral generation strategies to increase client acquisition through partnerships and referrals.
  2. Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales, operations, and marketing teams.
  3. Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, current and past clients, and other stakeholders (including hospitals) to drive referral growth.
  5. Implement market research and competitive analysis performed by Chief Marketing Officer (or equivalent).


Accountabilities (Results and KPIs):

  1. Achieve specified targets for new client acquisitions through referral programs.
  2. Contribute to the company’s revenue goals by successfully implementing growth strategies.
  3. Establish and nurture at least 10 strategic partnerships per quarter. Referral generation can be from:


·      Internal Employees

·      Nurses

·      HHAs

·      Other home care agencies

·      Industry partners

·      Current and Past clients


  1. Maintain a high level of satisfaction among referral partners and clients, measured by surveys, feedback and reaching referral targets.
  2. Provide monthly and quarterly reports on referral program performance, growth metrics, and strategic initiatives.


Reporting:

  1. Submit a detailed progress report every Monday morning outlining the past week’s activities, results, and upcoming week’s plans.
  2. Present a comprehensive monthly report on the status of referral programs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to the executive team.
  3. Conduct in-depth quarterly performance reviews and strategy adjustments in coordination with sales, operations, and marketing departments.
