On- Site Project Administrative Assistant

Location: Lost Hills, CA


Job Overview:

Are you detail-oriented with a proactive attitude? We're seeking an Onsite Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll support the project management team by handling employee onboarding, managing databases, processing payroll, and facilitating communication between the office and field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports for the project management team.
  • Assist in onboarding field employees.
  • Manage project employee database efficiently.
  • Enter and submit timecards for field employees accurately.
  • Act as a liaison between field and office staff.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for project management.
  • Manage employee board and badging system for onsite employees and subcontractors.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Vista and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude with initiative.
  • Ownership mentality and accountability.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
