Job Summary: Support and enhance manufacturing processes for medical implant and external cable assemblies, focusing on injection molding and soldering. Design, develop, and improve processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet production goals and ensure high product quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage LSR and thermoplastic injection molding.
  • Oversee soldering of cables to connectors.
  • Troubleshoot and validate manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Implement process improvements using tools like Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, and SPC.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA and regulatory standards.


Requirements:

  • Experience with injection molding and soldering processes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts and process improvement tools.
  • Ability to write technical protocols and reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
