My client manufacturers products used by Medical Device and Aerospace OEMs nationwide. This position is based in Burlington, Massachusetts and it is on-site 5 days a week.

Job Description

The CNC Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for:

Research and implement cutting-edge industry methodologies for fabricationDevelop and optimize CNC programs, design fixtures, and create setup sheetsSpecify machining parameters including part holding techniques, speeds, feeds, and toolingVerify and validate programs prior to production releaseAssist with machine setup and initial production runsIdentify and procure special tooling to support part fabricationCreate and maintain product and process specifications and related documentationDevelop proficiency in programming, operation, and setup of various machining platforms

The Successful Applicant

The successful CNC Manufacturing Process Engineer will have the following qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field3+ years of experience working with CNC machinery High proficiency with at least two of the following CNC machines: EDM RAM, EDM Wire, Lathe, Mill, Mill-Turn, Swiss3D CAD skillsCAM programming expertiseExperience with precision measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, OC and height gauge) What's on Offer Competitive compensationComprehensive benefits package401K with company matchFull health insurance including medical, dental and vision Generous PTO 11 paid holidaysGreat company culture with room for growth
