Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis

We're seeking a dynamic transformational change agent with strong technical systems knowledge.


This highly visible VP FP&A position reports to the CFO and will engage heavily with the executive leadership team, support the parent company, and drive critical budgeting, forecasting and external reporting requirements.


Primary responsibility will be leading the company’s financial planning and forecasting processes, which will include monthly forecasts, the annual planning process, and long-term financial plans. Additional responsibilities will include analysis of the company’s financial data in support of internal needs and the requirements of of the parent company's external reporting, budgets and burden rates and leading efforts and execute on the finance technology roadmap.


Qualifications:

  • Transformational change experience
  • At least 15 years of FP&A work experience
  • Strong technical systems knowledge
  • Experience working at the corporate level at a $1B+ company preferred
  • Publically traded company experience preferred
  • Professional services industry experience preferred
