Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Strategist at HVACDirect.com, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our products and brand. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or HVAC industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels, including PPC, SEO, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  • SEO Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead: Develop and manage tasks/tactics that you and a team of campaign managers and analysts will execute daily, weekly, and monthly. Build and maintain a strategy that produces optimal growth at peak efficiency and profitability.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or HVAC industry.
  • Proven experience with SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience with Google Ads and other PPC platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with video marketing and YouTube advertising.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely).
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar.
