Job Title: Digital Advertising and Analytics Specialist

Champion Homes is seeking a skilled Digital Advertising and Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for maximizing our digital marketing efforts through SEO, SEM, and social advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing PPC advertising campaigns, SEO best practices, and social advertising campaigns.
  • Defining and deploying the latest PPC strategies, SEO best practices, and social ad trends.
  • Performing ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Connecting and optimizing the digital touchpoints to improve the customer experience and achievement of weekly and annual goals.
  • Identifying and allocating marketing spend to deliver the highest return performance.
  • Conducting market research on keyword trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis using SEO platforms and other tools.
  • Executing tests, collecting, and analyzing data to identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on website and social analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with marketing and website analytics tools, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, AEM, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with social media ad platforms and analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO solutions and content performance marketing applications, BrightEdge or similar platform experience a plus.
  • Emerging AI-based search strategies and natural language search.
  • Standardized analytics reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Microsoft products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a similar field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in digital advertising and analytics.
