Ingenuity Foods is hiring for an exciting new role on our Commercial Team: Brand Growth Manager. In this role you will be leading and recommending Brand growth strategies, as well as managing activation and ongoing optimization of programs. This role will be directly responsible for managing the consumer experience across the entire marketing funnel and will have the opportunity to apply this expertise across multiple food and supplement product categories. We are seeking a special unicorn that is comfortable using their left and right brain daily – has a passion for Brand marketing, but also understands the value and importance of acquisition tactics and knows how to deploy them.

 

We are a small, but mighty team and looking for people that enjoy being hands on in the work. You will interact with key stakeholders across the organization and have the opportunity to directly impact the growth of a rapidly growing Brand and suite of products. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • In collaboration with leadership, develop and oversee the Brands’ content strategy and stellar execution across all owned channels (website, CRM/email and social), as well as retailer platforms
  • Plan, execute, analyze and optimize marketing support tactics for omni-channel programs

> Inclusive of strategy and planning for paid performance media across multiple direct and retail channels

> Including, but not limited to: paid search, programmatic, paid social, re-marketing, affiliate programs, etc.

  • Oversee and manage a variety of marketing events, both B2B tradeshows and consumer events that drive Brand awareness
  • Establish and build the necessary support team (external and/or internal) focused on delivering measurable outcomes
  • Transform insights into creative strategies to increase velocities and distribution, as well as develop methodologies to forecast performance, identify key drivers of repeat/retention and LTV to inform ongoing strategies and requisite tactics / spend for optimal ROI
  • Pioneer new ideas/ practices that will continually propel the company’s growth

Skills and Experience:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of developing and leading marketing programs, driving ROI and sales growth for an emerging Brand
  • Good knowledge and comfort with various tactics of performance marketing, with direct experience in SEM, SEO, performance media across social, programmatic and eCommerce media
  • Familiarity with data and tech in addition to media strategy and activation
  •  Past CPG or Retail experience preferred, but not required



Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire equity grant.
