We are seeking a talented and experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Blue Prism Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism technology to streamline business processes and increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, configure, and maintain RPA bots using Blue Prism to automate repetitive and manual tasks and workflows.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document existing business processes for automation opportunities.
  • Design and develop RPA solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Translate the customer's business requirements into Intelligent Automation/RPA solutions.
  • Write Blue Prism scripts and workflows to automate tasks and conduct thorough testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automation processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions, addressing any issues that may arise during production.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT teams, to ensure successful RPA implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and compliance requirements throughout the development process.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior developers on Blue Prism usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT software development
  • 3+ experience as an RPA Developer with a focus on Blue Prism.
  • Blue Prism RPA Developer certification required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Blue Prism's features, capabilities, and components (Process Diagram, Process Studio, Object Studio, etc.).
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and map them for automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge on AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.

Required Degree or Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field / RPA Blue Prism Developer Certification
