Providence, United States Feast & Fettle Full time

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts across all organic and paid channels (e.g., social, search, e-mail, SMS, etc.). This role demands a leader with a passion for brand building, a deep understanding of growth marketing, and expertise in leveraging paid channels across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate will drive our brand's presence, engage our audience, and fuel revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.

This role isn't just about high-level strategy; we need someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. From diving into the nitty-gritty of campaign management to analyzing performance data and optimizing for results, the CMO will be actively involved in the execution of marketing initiatives.

The CMO will oversee and collaborate closely with the Director of Growth, Director of Brand, and Director of Content to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. This position reports directly to the CEO.

What is Feast & Fettle?

Feast & Fettle started as a private chef’s business in 2016, and has since scaled into the Northeast’s leading premium, fully-prepared meal delivery service. Our mission is to nourish everyday life.

Each day at our East Providence production kitchen, we freshly prepare, cook, and package our menu items, and then hand-deliver these high-quality meals from our weekly menus to our retail locations and our member base across the Northeast.

Joining us at F&F will allow you to work alongside a transparent, high-growth team filled with joyful, ambitious people. The culture at Feast & Fettle is what sets us apart from any other organization, and in particular from the common pitfalls of the food service industry. We commit every day to fostering a positive and empowering environment where we all are driven to bring our best selves to work and to make the company better each day. Feast & Fettle is also actively growing, and passionate about providing growth opportunities to our employees.

What will be the key responsibilities of the Chief Marketing Officer at F&F?

  • Identify and seize growth opportunities in both existing and new markets.
  • Lead the marketing team with a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven approach.
  • Oversee and guide the Director of Growth, Director of Brand, and Director of Content to ensure alignment and execution of the overall marketing strategy.

Brand and Social Media Mastery:

  • Strengthen and elevate the Feast & Fettle brand through impactful campaigns and strategic positioning.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge social media strategies to maximize brand presence and engagement across all platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Reddit)
  • Leverage influencer marketing and partnerships to expand reach and credibility.

  • Lead paid media strategies across various channels, primarily paid social and search
  • Own the marketing analytics process, focusing on performance metrics tied to revenue, customer conversion and retention
  • Employ advanced analytical tools for thorough ROI analysis and revenue optimization

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Develop and execute a robust content strategy that engages and educates the target audience.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blogs, videos, podcasts, and social media posts.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and drives customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the Director of Content to produce high-quality content that supports marketing objectives.

Technical Initiatives and Innovation:

  • Drive A/B testing, web development, and user experience optimization to enhance online revenue.
  • Apply advanced knowledge in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) forecasting to allocate marketing resources effectively.
  • Embrace the latest marketing technologies and trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team focusing on innovation and data-driven strategies.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between technical, analytical, and creative teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
