In this position you will conduct inside sales through prospecting, emails and voice calls. You will manage existing clients, identify potential clients and determine their needs while educating them on our services.
Job Responsibilities:
The primary role for this position will be to drive new service sales while providing professional representation and processing all new agreements into our system
· Inside Sales, needs analysis and presentations of our services
· Identify new opportunities and locate decision makers
· Meet Sales goals
· Manage existing clientele
Requirements:
You must be able to close sales and have excellent presentation and client service skills.
· Minimum 2 years successful sales experience
· Bachelor’s degree desired but not necessary for the right individual
· Ability to build client relationships
· Internal drive to succeed and be part of something important
· Ability to wear “multiple hats”
· Real estate experience helpful but not required

Since 1992, Stevens & Associates provides Real Estate Consulting Services to the Commercial and Industrial Client. We assist clients in managing tax liabilities and providing ways to minimize tax burdens, focusing on Real and Personal Property along with Sales and Use taxes.
