About the Role

Netgain Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing a deep understanding of our accounting products, and effectively articulating their value proposition to prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities from company-generated leads and through proactive outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultative discovery calls to understand customer pain points, business challenges, and strategic objectives.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation or handoff to successful deal closure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, ideally within the SaaS or technical software industry.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably with experience in NetSuite or similar platforms.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals.
