Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Account Manager (B2C), to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving consumer business by engaging on incoming calls and building relationship with individual consumers who are looking to transport their vehicles. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue by converting leads into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage, and qualify potential customers through inbound sales efforts.
- Educate potential customers on our vehicle transportation services, highlighting key benefits such as safety, reliability, and convenience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Prepare and present accurate quotes based on customer requirements and the scope of the transportation service.
- Track and manage customer inquiries, leads, and sales activities using a CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of transport services.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team revenue objectives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, pricing, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
- Provide feedback on sales processes and customer preferences to help optimize the sales strategy.
Qualifications:
• Experience with sales, account services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to effectively present services and close sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preowned Auto Logistics is a privately owned and operated national automotive carrier and broker located in Peabody, MA. They have been providing fast, safe, and reliable auto transportation with superior customer service for over 20 years. Their expertise in automotive transportation includes Seasonal Residents, Recreational Vehicles, Dealerships, Overseas/International shipments, as well as Private Party Shipping.
