Leveraging the Inbound Marketing Methodology, Ironmark creates and implements on the strategy crafted for our clients through content marketing, website design including UX and UI, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media marketing & monitoring, event marketing and campaign management.


As an Ironmark Account Manager, you will serve as a vital interface between our clients and our agency teams and act as the project manager on several engagements simultaneously. Through the direction and guidance of Ironmark’s Sr Director, Client Services, you will help our clients reach their unique business goals and deliver on a strategy that provides our clients with measurable success to ensure the tactical components are truly moving the needle for our clients overall business.


You will work cross-departmental with the Digital Marketing and Creative teams who are responsible for the work, acting as oversight, as you will be ultimately accountable for all work delivered to your clients.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the core Point-of-Contact for the clients assigned to you, as well as the Project Manager, to ensure timely execution of client contractual obligations, services and deliverables.
  • Accountable for your assigned clients engagements to remain in scope and stay diligent in monitoring for time applied and expenses across the agency for your client engagements.
  • Responsible for representing the client within internal decisions on strategy tactic optimizations to ensure our overall work is measurable to the clients’ business goals.
  • Provide technical implementation of marketing tactics for all channels when required due to Digital Marketing bandwidth.
  • Resolve client communication, scope, concerns with a “soft front, hard back” approach.
  • Review and analyze data on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to make decisions on optimizations and strategy pivots required to meet and exceed our client’s goals and expectations.
  • Present the work of the Ironmark team to the client in a productive, efficient manner that follows Ironmark’s Client Services communication requirements to build continued trust with our clients and retains them for future, continued work.
  • Own the expenses, PO creation and reconciliation of the client work and contractual budget, including the overall expected client margin.
  • Maintain or exceed your client retention rate goals annually.
  • Regularly uncover growth opportunities for your assigned accounts where additional Ironmark services can be applied in an effort to reach their business goals and work with the Account Director / Sr Director Client Services to scope and communicate these opportunities to the client.
  • Stay current and up to date with the digital marketing industry and technology trends and any required certifications based on your role and the clients you support.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Agency experience of 3+ years client-facing and managing multiple accounts.
  • Clear understanding and demonstration of successfully creating and implementing strategies for a minimum of 75% of the following:
  • Content marketing for websites, blogs and social
  • SEO
  • Web Design
  • Email marketing
  • Digital Paid Media channels
  • Social media marketing & monitoring
  • Google Adwords
  • Web Analytics
  • Digital marketing analytics
  • Event Marketing
  • HubSpot marketing, sales, service software
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Effective time-management with the ability to delegate to others, prioritize your tasks as well as others, as they pertain to client work.
