This position is a 100% remote position, but you must be local to the Boston metro area for periodic onsite events in the area.


As the Campus Recruiter you will work in close collaboration with leaders in Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and recruit a diverse pool of talented college graduates for our Early Career Researchers (ECR) programs. You will be skilled in the campus recruiting space and a trusted advisor to leaders in the organization. You’ll be a part of building our employer reputation as a destination employer on college campuses while providing subject matter expertise on diverse campus sourcing and attraction channels, including participating in virtual events and utilizing creative strategies to build a pipeline of early career talent.


The team consists of 3 others with a culture that is collaborative, cross-functional, and driven by providing a high touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. As the Campus Recruiter on this team, you will be responsible for partnering with team members and will be an integral part of the full life cycle of recruitment for our early career needs. There are collaboration opportunities with hiring managers, as well as other stakeholders across the organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, competency based interviewing, evaluation and selection. A key component of this position is the proactive development of candidate pools/pipelines to deliver a diverse top-quality talent pool.


You will have impact on the overall organization through the below responsibilities:

● Provide value added recruiting services for early career hiring during off-cycle early career talent needs through our summer months

● Act as a consultant to hiring managers to develop and implement robust recruiting and sourcing strategies

● Perform and manage full life cycle recruiting efforts in the high-volume campus setting with a strong focus on diversity and candidate care including job description/posting oversight, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and closing top talent.

● Plan, attend and manage recruitment events as needed

● Collaborate with stakeholders on diversity recruitment initiatives

● Proactively leverage social media channels & professional networking vehicles for robust sourcing results


Minimum qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree

● At least 2 years of campus high volume full life cycle recruiting experience

● Ability to work independently and demonstrated agility to adjust to shifting priorities

● Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency

● Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner Preferred qualifications

● Experience working with entry level candidates in scientific research/clinical/biotech positions
