Administrative Assistant/Systems Trainer

Our client at Capstone IT is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who has experience with corporate training, development and help desk.

Role Overview: We’re on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who has corporate training & help desk experience to become an integral part of our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our employees have everything they need to excel, all while keeping our office running smoothly and warmly welcoming everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging group and one-on-one training sessions on the latest technologies and processes to support our agents.
- Oversee market referrals and streamline the onboarding process for new hires.
- Organize and coordinate office events, manage supplies, and handle mail with efficiency and care.
- Offer a warm and professional welcome to agents, clients, and staff, ensuring exceptional service.
- Manage incoming company calls during designated shifts, delivering prompt and courteous support.
About You:
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems, with a passion for mastering new technologies.
- Organized: Skilled in managing office tasks, from scheduling and event planning to supply management and referral coordination.
- Communicative: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
- Service-Oriented: Committed to providing outstanding customer service and assisting others with enthusiasm.
- Resourceful: A quick thinker who excels in problem-solving and managing unexpected situations.
- Independent & Team Player: Comfortable working autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-Focused: Meticulous and dedicated to maintaining high standards in every task.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service, admin or helpdesk experience.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Competitive salary based on experience
