Our client at Capstone IT is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who has experience with corporate training, development and help desk.

Role Overview: We’re on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who has corporate training & help desk experience to become an integral part of our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our employees have everything they need to excel, all while keeping our office running smoothly and warmly welcoming everyone who walks through our doors.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct engaging group and one-on-one training sessions on the latest technologies and processes to support our agents.
  • Oversee market referrals and streamline the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Organize and coordinate office events, manage supplies, and handle mail with efficiency and care.
  • Offer a warm and professional welcome to agents, clients, and staff, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Manage incoming company calls during designated shifts, delivering prompt and courteous support.


About You:


  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems, with a passion for mastering new technologies.
  • Organized: Skilled in managing office tasks, from scheduling and event planning to supply management and referral coordination.
  • Communicative: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Service-Oriented: Committed to providing outstanding customer service and assisting others with enthusiasm.
  • Resourceful: A quick thinker who excels in problem-solving and managing unexpected situations.
  • Independent & Team Player: Comfortable working autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail-Focused: Meticulous and dedicated to maintaining high standards in every task.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of customer service, admin or helpdesk experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Position Details:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Competitive salary based on experience
