IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:


  • Playing a central role in employee learning and development by driving the company training program and coaching Site Supervisors for personal and professional growth
  • Setting newly hired Site Supervisors and Crew Members up for success from the moment they arrive through comprehensive and engaging onboarding
  • Leading by example, holding Site Supervisors accountable to exceptionally high communication, quality, and safety standards
  • Maintaining a regular boots-on-the-ground presence, conducting General Site Reviews (GSRs) with Site Supervisors to update financial trends and review upcoming goals
  • Analyzing quarterly revenue goals and turning insights into strategic weekly action plans for each Site Supervisor, consistently achieving quarterly production goals
  • Championing excellent customer service by maintaining an average 4.7/5 client experience through regular follow-up and quality control checks
  • Taking charge of monthly and quarterly safety meetings, training Site Supervisors on the importance of safety, and conducting regular safety inspections
  • Performing regular pre-production inspections and project reviews with estimators and assisting in developing processes and SOPs as needed
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to review budgets and schedules and report issues impacting schedule, client, or resource relationships
  • Ensuring efficient procurement and load-out with Site Supervisors and the Project Coordinator
  • Tracking and updating project schedules weekly, assisting with Job Cost Review on completed projects, and ensuring daily photos, notes, and scope checks are completed
  • Demonstrating a commitment to our core values by attending at least one in-person and three online learning events annually
  • Participating in regular Project Metric Meetings to analyze financial metrics and disseminate financial information to Site Supervisors
  • Communicating regularly with the VP of Production about production issues and ensuring project information is up-to-date in company software
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with installers, subcontractors, and suppliers


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • 7-10+ years of experience in Mitigation / Remediation
  • Experience overseeing project details, responsibilities, and stakeholders
  • Extensive knowledge of and adherence to workplace safety
  • Demonstrated experience in reading and following the S500 and S520 standards of care
  • Ability to read, understand, and relay project scope of work information to other crew members, subcontractors, and/or vendors
  • Demonstrated experience completing material take-offs
  • Knowledge and understanding of MN Residential Building Code
  • Knowledge of operating heavy equipment (man-baskets, lulls, skid loaders)
  • Comfortable with a wide variety of construction materials (windows, siding, roofing, flooring, tile, doors, millwork, etc.)
  • Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding, etc.)
  • Experience and proven track record of working with multiple sub-trades and other vendors
  • Ability to work well in a team-focused environment, meeting deadlines with a quality work product
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • IICRC Certifications: WTR, ASD, CCT Certs, or experience in lieu of certifications
  • Must reside within 40 miles of Minneapolis, Minnesota with a current, valid driver’s license
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States


The nice to haves:

  • Experience leading or training others
  • Experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager
  • Experience with residential remodeling and repair
  • IICRC Certifications: AMRT, FSRT, CRT, OCT Certs
  • Previous experience using Company Cam and/or Smartsheet
