Salary: $45 -50k
Experience:
- Associate Degree – Required
- 3+ years’ experience in professional customer service – Required
- Automotive industry experience – Required
- ERP system experience – Required
Software:
- ERP system – Nice to have (Must have some experience with an ERP system)
- Excel – Intermediate level (Sorting/filtering complex spreadsheets, manipulating data, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders using manual methods and EDI, ensuring compliance with customer contracts and inventory levels while coordinating with Sales, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.
- Maintain customer scorecard performance, address customer concerns, review supplier manuals for changes, and inform the team.
- Compile reports, track customer forecasts and part updates, manage smooth part launches, and provide pricing updates.
- Manage warranty claims, update customer portals, oversee inventory returns and scrap processes, perform weekly audits, communicate with customers via email, portals, and phone.
- Weekly auditing on manual orders
- Communicate with customers through emails and customer portals, with phone follow-ups.
