  • Manage a portfolio of customers, providing proactive account management and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, supply chain, and manufacturing, to effectively manage customer accounts and address any issues that impact our delivery performance.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as commercial terms and conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to team objectives and driving business growth through proactive order management and order book maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, oral and written
  • Advanced problem-solving capacity
  • Solid customer relations skills; account management and relational skills
  • Professionalism and computer proficiency in email, data analysis, and presentation
  • Decision-making in all aspects of account management
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain and other departments in order to achieve the intended goals
  • Effective and efficient communication with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • In-depth analysis utilizing intermediate system knowledge
  • Intermediate Excel skills
