Job Overview:

This individual will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with various teams to create and curate various materials including training material, decks, signage and other.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure that marketing projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and reporting on social media metrics.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing marketing inventory.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on campaign performance, market research findings, and other relevant metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools ( e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is a plus
