Our client is looking to fill the role of Manager of FP&A, who plays a critical role as a trusted business partner to senior management and business unit leaders, performing impactful analysis, as well as managing the reporting and planning needs of the business. The role provides financial and strategic support including, but not limited to, performance reporting, comprehensive metrics, long-term plans, cash flow management and profitability assurance/analysis.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop a set of common reports and harmonize both corporate and business unit FP&A.
  • Prepare the monthly reporting package of the company’s financial performance versus budget and forecast, including updating the full year forecast on a monthly basis
  • Perform analysis of actual results versus plan and forecast; prepare variance reporting
  • Partner with Finance Directors in each business unit to drive strategic or financial decisions
  • Provide investment analysis and decision support for all short-term and long-term investments
  • Support annual planning process


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree required, with emphasis in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting in a mid-to-large corporation, working with financial statements and planning
  • Minimum of 3 years in a senior finance role
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience
  • Prior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience is a plus
  • A proven track record of leadership and successful collaboration
  • Advanced analytical, financial reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong accounting/finance knowledge including consolidation of financials
  • Strong communication skills: capable of presenting complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format
  • Expert knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Outlook)
