ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, SEARCH


HYBRID IN MIAMI OFFICE


SALARY: $125-140K


What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Develop and present comprehensive multi-media plans ● Ensure the team meets or exceeds deadlines and produces quality work ● Lead in the development of uncovering consumer, cultural, and media insights and strategies ● Start client-facing decks from scratch and present them to clients ● Build insights and use data to support strategic thinking ● Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, as a strategic advisor, to help them understand how to grow brands through marketing channels and experiences ● Hands on experience in platform (programmatic, paid search, paid social) ● Willingness to learn hands on platform and continued growth ● Working closely with Senior Partner across accounts

Who You Are: ● 4-6 years in a media agency environment ● Strategic skills: strong strategic thinker, search for insights and shepherd a strategic idea ● Experience in planning across all channels in order to act as a technical expert for team members ● Ability to integrate planning and digital investments to ensure the strategy is cohesive to digital execution ● Strong project and employee management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and highly organized ● The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with high attention to detail and to agency process ● Extremely organized and proactive with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
