Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Development and Execution:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing campaigns to support sales and lead generation objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop tailored marketing strategies.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various field marketing activities, including events, trade shows, and local sponsorships.
  • Track and analyze lead generation efforts to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly nurtured and converted.
  1. Brand Awareness:
  • Enhance brand visibility and awareness through local marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all field marketing activities.
  • Identify and leverage local opportunities to promote the brand.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Provide marketing support to the sales team, including the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist in the development of sales enablement tools and resources.
  • Work with the sales team to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on the performance of field marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize data to optimize future campaigns and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, with a focus on supporting sales and lead generation.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with the tech industry in which the company operates.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
