Are you an experienced IT Project Coordinator with a knack for orchestrating complex Workday system implementations? Join our team as a Workday Project Coordinator and play a pivotal role in our client's ambitious journey to deploy Workday ERP. This is your chance to contribute to a transformative project within the healthcare sector.


Key Responsibilities of Workday Project Coordinator:

  • Project Coordination: Ensure project milestones are met within budget. Organize and document project meetings, trainings, stakeholder meetings, and workshops
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and maintain a comprehensive RAIDQ log throughout implementation and after go-live
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate between internal business and technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • System Preparation & Support: Assist in infrastructure setup, support user testing, and manage post-implementation issue resolution
  • Change Management: Help communicate and execute change management plans, including user communication and adoption efforts
  • Training Coordination: Develop training plans, facilitate user enrollments, and support ongoing user training needs


Qualification

  • Workday Implementation Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of prior Workday ERP implementation experience is required - Workday (HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain)
  • Project Coordination: Over 3 years of proven project coordination experience for enterprise IT implementations
  • Methodology Knowledge: Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools like Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project, and Jira
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • SaaS Implementation Experience: Demonstrated experience with SaaS ERP implementations, specifically Workday
