The role focuses on serving as a Workday Financial product specialist, building strong relationships with key business users and third-party vendors to ensure that services and solutions meet current and future business needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business users, project teams, and external resources to assess business needs, project progress, and resolve issues. Translate these needs into effective technical solutions aligned with company initiatives.
  • Supporting the design, development, implementation, and testing of the Workday Financial system, including overseeing the pilot, implementation, and deployment of new requirements or system enhancements. This includes integration support and authoring test plans based on requirements, documenting defects, and tracking fixes.
  • Participating in the review, testing, and implementation of Workday Financials, Payroll, and Time and Absence patches, including both weekly updates and major releases. Identify impacts and enhancement opportunities from new features and functionality.
  • Supporting system administration, configuration, and design for Workday Financials, covering areas such as Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Business Assets, Expenses, and General Ledger. This list is not exhaustive. Additionally, assist with Workday Payroll, Time, and Absence modules when necessary.
  • Monitoring recurring integration processes (daily, weekly, or monthly) to ensure successful execution and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Helping to maintain data integrity by running queries, analyzing data, and providing technical solutions to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.


Location : Jacksonville is our first preference, but we will consider candidates in metro Atlanta and Orlando, FL.
