About the Role

The Product Fulfillment Technician performs daily order fulfillment of nutraceutical supplements following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality procedures as it relates to facility functions and always upholds the high-quality standards of Cenegenics.



What you will be doing

  • Able to work on site between the hours of 7:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
  • Print product orders, accurately select correct items and quantities requested and perform scan operation to ensure accurate items were picked
  • Ensure daily product orders are fulfilled accurately and within specified time constraints
  • Run automated machinery required to pre-sort and package nutraceuticals into strip packaging
  • Pull correct products from inventory and fill canisters with appropriate nutraceuticals for packaging
  • Transition orders through different workflow stages from initial dispense through quality control
  • Pack and ship completed orders including printing and affixing appropriate labels on dispenser and shipping boxes
  • Restock and organize product storage areas within the distribution center
  • Use computer and inventory software to process orders, edit records and create outgoing shipments
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation of workstations, equipment, contact surfaces and work areas in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Complete facility open/close checklist duties
  • Follows GMP standards, SOP’s, Food Safety Standards as well as workplace safety standards
  • Responds promptly to time sensitive email communications and provides solutions and direction
  • Maintains and files various patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations as well as state and federal statutes regarding the retention, storage, and release of protected health information (PHI)
  • Perform various inventory receiving functions such as inspecting product deliveries, reviewing packing slips against purchase orders, and documenting expiration dates and product lot numbers
  • Assist with cycle and physical inventory counts


What you bring to the table

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting, working towards meeting established targets/goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to and thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work on site 40 hours per week
  • Strong technical skills with experience of Microsoft Office products, data entry and able to type 35 WPM
  • Familiar with HIPPA compliance
  • Willingness to learn new technology (automated pill packaging machine)
  • Passionate about longevity, healthy aging, healthcare and committed to personal self-care, healthy lifestyle, and personal growth
  • Sound judgment, strong worth ethic, professionalism and integrity
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Experience in a GMP regular distribution / warehouse setting preferred
  • Pharmacy, prescription data entry / fulfillment experience preferred
  • Compliance to hygiene protocols requiring use of hair/head net, gloves and laboratory coat as required by location and task
  • Strong attention to accuracy and details
  • Excellent recordkeeping and documentation skills
