The Inside Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle for customers. This includes scheduling appointments, online product presentations, generating leads, and following up on customer needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside sales team associates to prospect and grow new business for accounts.
  • Develop strong customer and partner relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Prospect new accounts and grow customer base.
  • Cold call potential leads and coordinate introductions and meetings with Account Executives.
  • Support customer service when needed.
  • Assist internal departments in order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer complaints and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems.
  • Attend sales meetings to exchange ideas and methods that support sales goals and other company objectives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows as needed.


Skills Required

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferrably in furniture, textiles, or high-end retail
  • A High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
