We are in search for an Inside Sales Representative preferably who has experience in business marketing or textiles. The Inside Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle for Tier 3 customers in the upholstery divisions. This includes scheduling appointments, online product presentations, generating leads, and following up on customer needs.

Key responsibilities
·       Work alongside sales team associates to prospect and grow new upholstery business for Tier 3 accounts.
·       Develop strong customer and partner relationships with upholstery customers via email, phone and in-person meetings during bi-annual shows.
·       Prospect new accounts and grow customer base.
·       Cold call potential customers for sales team, and coordinate introductions and meetings with appropriate salesperson.
·       Support customer service when needed. 
·       Assist internal departments in order fulfillment (customer service, sample-making, shipping, and accounting).
·       Handle customer complaints and collaborate with quality and manufacturing department to resolve problems.
·       Attend sales meetings to exchange ideas and methods that support sales goals and other company objectives.
·       Provide market-based feedback regarding new product and sales opportunities.
·       Represent the company twice per year at trade shows (or as needed) to maintain customer relations, market new products, and establish new relationships.
·       Assist customer service entering market sample orders when needed.
