This well-established GC is looking to hire on an Assistant Project Manager for their Asheville team. They are searching for an individual with commercial project experience that is looking for a role with long term growth opportunity with a reputable company.


Requirements / Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction
  • Proficient in document change and RFI management
  • Monitors and addresses production through various trades


Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Assist the project team with the overall performance of the project(s) from the estimating/pre-construction phase to successful completion including safety, owner satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality control
  • Support the permitting, testing and inspection requirements of the project
  • Familiar with owner contract requirements and delivery methods
  • Manage the submittal, shop drawing, and purchase order process to insure accurate and timely delivery of equipment and materials
