Paid Media & Digital Analytics Specialist


Overview:

The Paid Media & Digital Analytics Specialist will focus on developing, managing, and optimizing paid media strategies for clients. This role is responsible for paid media campaigns, digital advertising, and data analytics to measure and improve performance, providing regular reports to clients. Reporting to the VP of Client Services, the specialist will also lead media buying, performance tracking, and campaign iteration to maximize ROI.


This role will serve as a critical subject matter expert on our paid media planning and buying team, responsible for leading strategy and execution of digital campaigns across our client roster. The primary focus will be on paid search across all relevant search engines and programmatic advertising while also managing and executing paid campaigns across other channels.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Paid Search lead for all media clients, managing campaigns day-to-day and monitoring budget pacing.
  • Define and execute campaign structure, keyword strategy, and bidding strategy for client roster.
  • Lead campaign setup and execution across Google products such as Performance Max and YouTube.
  • Support media planners with budget forecasting for paid search campaigns.
  • Develop optimized ad copy and provide necessary feedback on landing pages to improve ad quality scores.
  • Work with client strategy leads to identify efficiencies between Paid Search and Organic strategies.
  • Setup, QA, and manage in-platform conversions.
  • Attend client calls to present Paid Search strategies and campaign updates.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular reporting on ROI analysis, campaign tracking, web stats, competitive analysis, and performance insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that support campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on digital media trends, best practices, and tools.
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, track conversions, and iterate for higher engagement and better results.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of Paid Search experience, including proficiency in SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, programmatic advertising, and other paid search platforms.
  • Experience managing lead generation and sales-focused Paid Search campaigns.
  • Strong experience in setting up and implementing digital campaign measurement strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present campaign insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Experience with data-driven marketing, utilizing first-party data (1PD) in Paid Search campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills, including leading client communications and attending client meetings to discuss Paid Search strategies.


Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in a marketing agency environment.
  • Experience working in M&A or manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
