POSITION SUMMARY:

The International Sales Director will be responsible for driving Ethika's global sales strategy, managing international markets, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in international sales, who can navigate diverse markets and deliver results.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive international sales strategy aligned with Ethika’s business objectives. Identify and prioritize target markets, distribution channels, and partnerships.
  • Lead efforts to expand Ethika’s presence in key international markets. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop market entry strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and partners. Negotiate contracts, manage partnerships, and ensure brand alignment across markets.
  • Drive sales performance across all international markets, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize strategies and achieve revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies
  • Develop and manage the international sales budget. Track expenses and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in international sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the apparel or lifestyle brand industry. Proven success in driving sales growth in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Directly report to the CEO.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, as well as an attention to detail 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

SALARY:

           Pay Range: $100K-$130K
