In addition, position is key interface with the customer and responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Book Jobs
  • Sales to Ops Turnover
  • Send Welcome Letter
  • Plan Project with Field PM/ Lead
  • Manage projects in Software tools
  • Own Financial Management
  • Assign tasks
  • Follow up on tasks assigned to colleagues
  • Ensure schedule constraints are being met
  • First line of communication with customer
  • Billings and A/R assist
  • Attend customer meetings as needed
  • Create Warranty Letter
  • Ensure turnover to service is completed

This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position. This position is in office 5 days a week monday - friday. Flex work hours (8-5 or 7-4).
