LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a hospitality company in Vancouver, WA on a Leave of Absence Administrator job.You have experience with high volume LOA requests. You are passionate about supporting people through joyous and difficult situations and are able to maintain a personal touch through multiple administrative requirements. Candidates must be local to the Portland, OR metro area to perform this role. Please apply today


Responsibilities:

  • Administer In-house leave of absence program for approximately 50 new requests monthly
  • Maintain current knowledge base, and adhere to compliance, of federal and state laws related to LOA
  • Manage appropriate communication with employees and managers affected by an employee's LOA
  • Verify all paperwork is complete and filed according to policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality and share information accordingly
  • Assist in creation of work accommodations and return to work requirements


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar strongly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing LOA processes solely with in house resources
  • Multi-state LOA administration experience highly desirable


Skills:

  • High level of detail orientation and organization
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of employees


About the role:

  • Full Time, Direct Hire
  • Mon – Fri; 8a-5p
  • 100% on site role
  • Comp / Benefits – 70-75K DOE; employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
