Compensation- Starting at $55k


Description: The coordinator is responsible for managing the milestone awards program, supporting recruitment, and overseeing the administrative aspects of training programs. This includes both internal HR training and external training coordination, as well as various HR administrative functions such as file maintenance, reception coverage, HRIS systems, reporting, and record-keeping.


Key Duties:

  • Coordinate administrative processes for HR and external training.
  • Distribute and track required notices and documentation to employees.
  • Manage the milestone awards program.
  • Enter data and generate reports from training software.
  • Organize logistics for new hire orientation and HR-related training.
  • Prepare and maintain personnel and training files.
  • Provide reception coverage as needed.
  • Assist with the recruitment process.
  • Handle vendor registration documentation and contracts.
  • Update databases such as Ultipro.
  • Process and track invoices and budgets.
  • Complete monthly reporting.
  • Assist with special projects and various assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of office experience, preferably in HR.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Ultipro preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and teamwork capability.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
