Pearlgreen Corporation, located in New Rochelle, NY, is seeking an intelligent, reliable, and outgoing person to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. We are a fast-paced office that is looking for an individual to support various functions of our sales organization.


Key responsibilities of this job include:

  • Responding to and resolving customer related inquiries, questions, and issues that arise on a daily basis
  • Building relationships with lower performing/inactive customer accounts with an eye toward revenue and lead generation for the field team
  • Liaising between our Field Sales Team and Pearlgreen’s customers and professional services vendors
  • Following up on open quotes that have yet to be approved from customers
  • Updating our ERP business software with current customer contact information, notes, and actions taken on an ongoing basis
  • Activating online customer accounts by creating and sending out login credentials to our web-based platform


Desired qualifications of this job include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Must have effective communication skills via phone, email, and in person. Daily outreach over the phone will be a key component of this job
  • Must be able to work cross-departmentally between Sales, Customer Service, and back-office functions in support of client initiatives
  • Ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanor when dealing with various types of client situations
  • Experience communicating and selling to executives
  • Experience with sales automation technologies is a plus
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus


The position is permanent and full-time in our Westchester-based office. A successful individual in this role will have options for career progression within our Sales or Customer Service teams.


A college degree is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, pension and paid vacation.
