Executive Assistant to Venture Capital Firm

Our client, a Venture Capital Firm based in Brooklyn, NYC, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to their newly created small office. This diverse role involves managing office operations, providing executive support, coordinating events, and assisting with project management tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for organization.
Responsibilities:
Office Management including office operations and support, inventory management, primary point of contact for vendors, security, and visitors. Work with IT for tech issues, support the planning of office events and company offsites.
Executive Support for three people including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, agenda creation and meeting minutes., expense reporting and event organization.
Project Management and support in planning and executing various projects, ensuring deadlines are met while coordinating with cross-functional teams and communicate project statuses and resolving issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a venture capital or startup environment.
- Proficiency in office management and executive support.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $120k base + bonus

Hybrid in office Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday/Friday
