Pay Range: $25 - $29/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • The main objective is to effectively communicate solutions related to proper maintenance of equipment, repairs and management of parts orders to include shipping.
  • You will also make follow up calls to help customers through the maintenance/repair process to reduce downtime.
  • In addition, you will handle assembly of specific equipment and help manage inventory. The Functional Solutions Technical Support Specialist will report to the Functional Solutions Manager.
  • Work effectively with customers and manager.
  • Offer suggestions for continued improvements of equipment and parts inventory management.
  • Help develop training and troubleshooting guides for customers
  • Serve as a primary resource to customers to resolve equipment and/or operator related issues.
  • Be Customer Focused: Follow-Up with customers after offering solutions to ensure equipment is fully operational.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • High School Degree; Associates Degree Preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
