You Are: An experienced and strategic Sales Program Manager ready to partner with our regional sales executive. You are adept at managing key sales programs and executing them successfully against established commitments. Your role as a focal point of contact and coordinator is crucial, handling all external and internal communications across cross-functional teams spanning geographical and organizational boundaries. You are a meticulous planner, directing schedules, identifying and escalating issues, driving problems to resolution, and managing risks effectively.

With a strong background in Electronics Design Automation (EDA) and a proven track record in sales program management, you bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, recognize and mitigate risks, and work proactively on contingency plans sets you apart. You excel in developing clear and documented communication, including data analysis and reporting. Travel up to 25% is something you’re comfortable with, as you understand the importance of being present and engaged with clients and stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing key sales programs and executing them against established commitments.
  • Acting as the focal point of contact and coordinator for all external and internal communications across cross-functional teams.
  • Planning and directing schedules, identifying and escalating issues, driving problems to resolution, and managing risks.
  • Organizing interdepartmental activities to ensure project/program completion on schedule and with high quality.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, recognizing and mitigating risks, and working proactively on contingency plans.
  • Developing clear and documented communication, including data analysis and reporting.

What You’ll Need:

  • A BS degree with a minimum of 10+ years of related experience.
  • A strong background in the EDA industry and a proven track record in sales program management.
  • Result and priority-oriented, with good business sense.
  • Experience in ecosystem collaboration or managing channel partners/suppliers is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to create and meet deadlines.
