Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Sunnyvale is seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care and supervision of staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
- Current Registered Nursing License for the state of Texas
- Current AHA BLS Certification (alternative CPR card accepted upon hire with 30 days to complete the AHA course)
- Current AHA ACLS Certification (ARC accepted upon hire with 30 days to complete the AHA course)
