  • This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week (typically 4 hours a day Monday - Friday)
  • Flexible on daily schedule but need 20 hours per week

Overview

Our client is seeking a Workday Consultant to join their team. As a Workday Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing ongoing support for Workday HCM, Talent, Performance, & Reporting modules. You will collaborate closely with the HR and IT teams to provide broad production support to ensure the smooth operation of the aforementioned Workday modules and the effective utilization of their features to meet business needs.


Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support for Workday HCM system, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and addressing system errors.
  • Collaborate with HR/IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday HCM.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules such as Core HR, Talent/Performance Management, and Reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits of Workday data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new Workday features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Provide end-user training and support documentation to ensure effective utilization of Workday HCM functionalities.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Workday-related projects and initiatives.
  • Provide knowledge transfer sessions where necessary to junior members of the team.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant, with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Talent/Performance & Reporting modules and configurations.
  • Excellent analytical, technical problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Workday HCM, Talent/Performance, and/or Reporting certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting.
