Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for a Partnerships Marketing Coordinator to join their team for a hybrid 12-month contract. This position requires working onsite Monday-Thursday in Glendale. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in marketing or partnerships, ideally in entertainment or tech.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily communications and project coordination with partners.
  • Support partnerships by overseeing program management and approvals.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives by coordinating meetings and approvals.
  • Lead marketing asset management and creative approvals for partners.
  • Oversee information flow between company and partner channels.
  • Develop tools and processes to track partner deliverables.
  • Create presentations and memos about partnership progress and strategies.


Required Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or partnerships, ideally in entertainment or tech.
  • Strong project management skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
