Communication is important here as they will be reaching out to internal stakeholders from under management to VPs.


Day to Day

This is for the reason for outage/root cause analysis team. They work on finding trends on issues, working over 1000 documented issues per year. This resource will not be doing the root cause but making sure other teams document the root cause, then they will receive it back review it, make sure there are not mistakes and it makes sense to for it then to be documented. They just need the knowledge to review the reason for the outage and then report it back to the team, working with customer operations as well.
