- Provide expertise in identifying and developing low-level design solutions, including process flows, sequence diagrams, error handling, and risk assessment.
- Work closely with architecture, development, and testing teams to analyze system issues and define system requirements utilizing software platforms such as Postman, Swagger, and SOAP UI.
- Collaborate with senior managers, project managers, and scrum masters to monitor project progress effectively.
- Analyze data and generate insightful reports, dashboards, and applications using tools like Splunk Enterprise and SQL.
- Gather user stories and technical/business requirements to assist developers in scaling project features.
- Utilize Kafka to test API flows and validate database information.
- Employ tools like Confluence pages, PlantUML, Camunda, and BPMN 2.0 to create or update business process models, sequence diagrams, process flow diagrams, and UI mockups.
- Investigate triggered APIs across Telemetry/Service activation and Provisioning applications while maintaining relevant documentation.
- Read and interpret code using Java and conduct API testing with tools like Postman.
- Reverse engineer developed APIs built on Restful web services, NodeJS, PHP, and GraphQL to maintain comprehensive documentation across the organization.
- Design data models to integrate new data sources into databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, and Elastic.
- Manage user data by performing CRUD operations in databases like PING, MONGODB, Oracle DB, REDIS, and Elastic.
- Retrieve data from existing databases using SQL and NoSQL queries, creating gap and root cause analysis reports.
- Research and forecast future technical requirements based on insights from cross-functional teams, supporting project delivery from product design to implementation.
- Collaborate with developers to document feature changes or business logic discrepancies post-production or deployments.

Qualifications- Experience with Postman and/or SOAP UI.
- Proficiency in creating design plans with Visio or Draw.io.
- Experience with Kafka.
- Familiarity with Camunda for orchestrating and building business workflows.
- 7+ years of overall professional experience in IT across various roles, with a preference for candidates with a hands-on technical background in Engineering or Development.
- Experience working with diverse databases, with a preference for Oracle and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Angular and NodeJS (ability to read code as needed and collaborate with developers).
- Understanding of REST Web Services from a technical perspective.
