Remote SNF Sr. Business Operations Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing SNF organization that is seeking a hands on Remote SNF Sr. Business Operations Manager This is a newly created "all hands on deck" role where you will oversee multiple Managers over training, private pay, Medicaid compliance, business office, assisted living, and receivership. You will rollout a timeline of when the Business Office Managers are trained, have all new policies and procedures finalized, and provide metrics




Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:

  • 5+ years of SNF billing, patient admissions, authorizations and auditing. Strong understanding of SNF billing with all payers.
  • Very eager to make an impact, and is ready to dig in.
  • Someone that’s adaptable and flexible, as this role will evolve through time.
  • Has very strong verbal communication skills, as they’ll communicate with the CEO, CFO, and all of their stakeholders at the facility levels with the RDOs and the RCM Director. Very professional and articulate.
  • Has a firm hand to communicate effectively and know when to have hard conversations.
  • Knows all of the ins and outs for SNF billing.
  • High understanding of creating policies and procedures, knowing how things should be structured, and leading a team of leaders.
