Sr. Project Manager

Remote/Hybrid

  • Proven track record of coordination with R&D, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Executive Management, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs; ability to lead and drive stakeholder discussions
  • Provides internal consulting on project management issues and identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement.
  • Create and manage multiple project timelines, budgets and revenue goals, resource plans, and other project and study management activities
  • Assist customers and collaborators in the implementation of new studies
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of new projects
  • Create, track, and report on project timelines
  • Collaborate with regard to data management, inventory control, shipping procedures, etc. for all assigned areas


Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g. engineering), plus a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in related industry
  • Prefer a background in Biotechnology, repository, or pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Familiarity with GLP, GMP, CLIA, and ISO regulatory guideline
