Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive (AE) to join our team in delivering exceptional IT Staffing and Managed Services solutions to our clients. The AE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and offering tailored IT solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses. This role requires a sales professional with experience in either IT managed services, B2B sales, and or IT staffing that is capable of driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for IT staffing and managed services.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and grow the client base.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects using CRM tools and various sales techniques.
  • Present IT staffing and managed services solutions to clients through in-person meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all IT staffing and managed service needs.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters and technical teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to position our services effectively.
  • Analyze client business challenges and provide solutions that align with their IT infrastructure and workforce requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters, project managers, and technical support staff, to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
  • Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in either IT staffing, managed services sales, or B2B sales in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and generating new business.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate IT services and technical staffing solutions in a consultative selling approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with IT services such as cloud computing, network management, cybersecurity, and software development.
  • Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes in the IT sector, including contract staffing, permanent placement, and project-based hiring.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Monday).
  • Previous experience in IT B2B sales and or staffing.
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles and managed service provider (MSP) operations.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary $40,000yr plus an attractive commission structure ($100,000yr +).
