The Associate Product Manager works closely with the DX Service Management org as well as segment/BU technology leads and segment/BU business partners as a focal point for the Digital Experience (DX) products and services. This associate role performs business requirements capture, data and financial analytics designs, develops solutions in support of product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. This includes demand management, product and service integration management, communication, data discovery and analysis, financial modeling, and relationship management. This role will act as a business advocate across Digital Experience and Business Units. The Associate Product Manager will help ensure that appropriate visibility and participation occurs in key planning, project related or issue related meetings with Business Segment IT, Vendors/Suppliers and Enterprise Technology.

The Associate Product Manager will align goals, objectives, and priorities with DX Product and Service Managers as required for intake and demand. This role has a broad focus across the DX Product and Service portfolio and ensures Digital Experience and other Enterprise IT teams and subject matter experts are appropriately involved, engaged and responsive.

This role may require working across teams and to partner closely with peers and other technical resources in completing projects.

Product Management

· Collaborates with DX Product and Service Managers to support product and service strategy through data analytics, financial analysis, and product research.

· Supports Product and Service managers in development of the product strategy and roadmap.



This resource, with guidance from peer product managers, will help support the existing productivity environment, including task management and documentation. Activities include evaluating feature requests, partnering with engineers on requirements clarifications, following-up with integrated team members, and technical writing to support routine activities with a level of professionalism and responsiveness that the business requires. They will also support service assurance activities required for the platform such as prioritizing and remediating control violations/findings for work and task management tools.



Basic Qualifications · Develops and leads activities for product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life for assigned product and service areas.

· Supports the Business Segment IT needs by ensuring Digital Experience and other Enterprise IT teams and subject matter experts are appropriately involved, engaged and responsive.

· Works directly with business clients to best achieve their business objectives.

Program Facilitation and Coordination

· Performs data analytics for assigned products and services in support of strategic imperatives and programs.

· Performs activities in support of product development and services integration planning and testing.

· Develops recommendations for improvements or modifications to services.

· Develops and maintains detailed understanding of contract SOWs.

· Facilitates resolution of questions.

· Facilitates new product/service discussions.

· Team member for projects and services including services integration


Required Education: Bachelors, or equivalent work experience


Additional Information


This is an Associate Product Manager role. Will be onsite 4 days per week.

Location: Orlando, Burbank, or Seattle-Team sits in Florida, Orlando, and Burbank
