Job Overview


As an Inside Sales Representative at This Company, you will be a key player in our sales team, contributing to the growth and success of the organization through a consultative, non-pushy sales approach. You will engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and effectively promote our products and services by understanding the unique needs of each prospect. Key Responsibilities


- Successfully manage and grow a portfolio of assigned clients using a consultative approach.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails while ensuring a non-pushy sales process.

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through thoughtful and client-focused strategies.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine strategic, consultative sales approaches.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.



Requirements


- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment, with a focus on consultative selling.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage clients in a non-pushy, customer-focused manner.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Comfortable handling inbound sales calls and preparing quotes for customers.


Compensation

-This role will pay a base of 46K with on-target earnings being around 90K in the first year.
