Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager at Enerco Group Inc. in Cleveland, OH. The eCommerce Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing various aspects of our digital presence, with a focus on driving sales conversion and enhancing brand visibility on Amazon, among other national retailers. The E-commerce Sales Manager will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of E-commerce product management. Through managing the overall e-commerce web processes, this individual will own and execute the product assortment strategy needed to maximize sales, customer acquisition and retention. This role contributes significantly in the digital strategy creation.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage day to day activities and relationships with business accounts to strengthen overall partnership and achieve mutual business sales goals.
  • Consult with customers and internal sales team to understand their business objectives and help prioritize requirements.
  • Strategically plan product collections, pages, content updates and featured shops based on inventory needs and marketing priorities.
  • Plan marketing calendar; defines e-commerce promotions and pricing strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Determine shot list for photoshoots depending on assets, based on selling, inventory trends, etc.
  • Partner closely with internal creative team to agree on initiatives.
  • Monitor partners’ sites closely to improve KPI’s, revenue and overall customer experience.
  • Key interface supporting all e-commerce customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage e-commerce team and allocates tasks and priorities accordingly. Monitor competitive landscape and site benchmarks.
  • Forecast demand to support business planning with customer.
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities; conduct quarterly account presentation to internal leadership.
  • Oversee business reporting; measure key metrics and KPI’s to drive overall visibility into trends and areas of opportunity.
  • Take ownership of reporting and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and communicate post-launch results to improve short- and long-term forecast accuracy and product lifecycle for EGI Brands.
  • Stay abreast of competition, market trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce channel/account management, with a heavy focus on Amazon. Other key retails including Wal-mart, Tractor Supply, Home Depot, Lowe's and Menard's is a plus
  • Strong Communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
  • Ability to interpret and analyze sales data
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field (Master’s Degree welcomed)
  • Expert understanding of Excel (advanced reporting) and MS Office
  • Proficiency in using platforms like Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart Retail Link
  • Ability to change campaigns in real-time
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth through managing product assortment, content optimization, media placements, and product ratings and reviews
  • Familiarity with technical setup activities for eCommerce platforms
  • Deep understanding of POS analytics, promotional analytics, and content management
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage consumer brands to achieve rapid online growth
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Physical Demands:

· Ability to sit for long periods of time

· Occasional travel required (up to 5%)


Work Environment:

Office, but occasionally warehouse


PPE Requirement: Safety glasses required on production floor
