House Manager/Executive Admin Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Home Manager / Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our client's residence in Paradise Valley and assist with office duties as needed. This role is a unique blend of domestic management and corporate support, ideal for someone with a strong executive presence who can seamlessly transition between managing a private residence and supporting office activities. Excellent company benefit package and paid time off are included with this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Home Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of the household, ensuring that the home is always guest-ready.
  • Supervise maintenance of the property, including landscaping, pool maintenance, and any necessary maintenance or repairs.
  • Manage household staff and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed as scheduled.
  • Organize and maintain records for multiple company cars and personal vehicles, including regular maintenance and washing/detailing.
  • Event Planning:
  • Coordinate and plan events and dinner parties, and private events.
  • Collaborate to ensure all events meet the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
  • Office Assistance:
  • Support the office, not as an Executive Assistant but by assisting in the preparation and execution of corporate events and executive visits.
  • Work alongside other members of the executive team members to facilitate office meetings and events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in household management and/or event planning.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Executive presence, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to meet the demands of both the home and office environments.

Must be willing to have a flexible work schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.
